We spend a lot of time in the winter working on our crop plans with the intention of having a diversity of crops ready each week. Sometimes our best laid plans are thwarted by the weather and we end up with two different kinds of fresh garlic ready all at once. We will have snow peas next week for sure. They are a week later than planned for, but they're the nicest crop of peas we've had in years.
